Standard delivery takes 7–9 business days, though in rare cases, it may take up to 14 days depending on logistics. If you haven't received your order within 20 days, please contact us and we'll prioritize your support.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! Shipping is free on orders over R499.00

Where are your sunglasses shipped from?

To ensure access to premium craftsmanship, we work with global fulfillment partners. Your sunglasses may ship from one of our international facilities to ensure timely and quality delivery.

What materials are your sunglasses
made from?

Our frames are crafted using durable polycarbonate, while our lenses are a mix of high-quality acrylic (TR19) and polycarbonate, depending on the design.

Can Janedore sunglasses be fitted with prescription lenses?

We recommend checking for TR material frames or any sunglasses with blue light blocking to ensure proper fitting. Some of our styles are compatible with prescription lenses. For the best results, we suggest taking your sunglasses to a licensed optician, who can assess and fit them accordingly.

Are your sunglasses unisex?

Most Janedore styles are designed to be unisex, offering a flattering fit for a variety of face shapes. If a style is tailored specifically for men or women, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

What comes with my order?

Every pair of sunglasses comes with a complimentary sleek leather pouch, designed for stylish protection and easy storage.

My sunglasses are oversized and don't fit the pouch—what now?

Our pouch is a chic accessory that still adds value, even if your sunglasses are oversized. Use it to store another pair of sunglasses, your future Janedore additions, or even small items like earrings and makeup essentials. We're currently working on offering alternative packaging options for oversized styles in the near future.

What happens if my order is delayed or
doesn't arrive?

If you haven't received your package within 20 days of shipment, please reach out to us immediately and we'll investigate and assist with a resolution. We never leave our customers hanging.
