We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all details are entirely error-free. If we discover a mistake in pricing or availability, we will contact you before shipping.

Orders & Payment

 

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Payment is accepted via secure payment gateways offered at checkout. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

 

We currently offer delivery within South Africa. All Janedore sunglasses are shipped from our overseas fulfillment center to ensure quality control and branded packaging.

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes may vary, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please email support@janedore.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain accessories or sale items may be non-returnable.
