Janedore Refund Policy

We want you to love your Janedore sunglasses. Our products are carefully crafted with durable polycarbonate lenses and sturdy frames, so issues are rare. Your satisfaction is important. Here’s how our policy works:

Lost Packages

 

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at support@janedore.co.za.
  • We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

 

 

Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders Only)

  • If you purchased your sunglasses online, you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.
  • During this time, you may return your sunglasses for any reason, including a change of mind.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

 

 

Defective or Damaged Items

 

  • If your sunglasses arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@janedore.co.za with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • We may require the item to be returned for inspection before providing a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Claims for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents are not covered.

Exclusions

 

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges beyond the 7-day cooling-off period for reasons of style preference, fit, or change of mind.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
